We can get you up and running and your team up to speed on the relevant skills in less time and for a lower cost than you might expect, via our Quick Launch Program.
Here’s what we’ll do:
- Get to know you – your business and operational structure, customer profile, current equipment and workflows.
- Learn and understand your objectives, including your target markets – B2B, B2C or both.
- Assess current operator skill levels and suitability for training (a couple of years’ Quark or InDesign is a sound basis), and evaluate your sales force’s familiarity.
- Devise a customised solution and price estimate, tailored to your needs. Subject to that, we’ll quickly implement the programme.
- Provide a Bureau Service, if required, till you’re on your feet, especially if you have a particular, immediate client in mind. The Bureau Service is always there to support you during staff shortages or with complex template development.
